Nail Salon Service Policy

Thank you for choosing our salon. We are committed to providing quality service in a safe and comfortable environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with open wounds, infections, contagious conditions, or any health condition that may be unsafe. Clients with diabetes should inform their technician before the service so we can provide proper care. No cutting services will be performed for diabetic clients.

All services are non-refundable. If your nails become chipped, scratched, lifted, or misshaped due to our workmanship, please notify us within 24 hours and schedule a repair within 7 days of your original appointment.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let your technician know before leaving the salon so we can make the necessary adjustments. Complimentary corrections are only available when concerns are reported during or immediately after the service. If the technician has explained the condition or limitations of your nails and you agreed to proceed, complimentary re-dos may not apply.

By leaving the salon, you acknowledge that you have accepted the completed service. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
